How it works
Before you order it’s important for you to fully understand what will happen once you’ve ordered your design package.
Before you buy
Once you have selected the package you require / or received a quote you are happy with I will confirm in writing what you have purchased
A 20% non refundable deposit is required before work is started
A questionnaire is given for you to fill in and we verbally discuss what you are looking for in your web site
Create ‘the’ design
A private web site is sent to you for you to ‘road’ test your web site.
 3 design revisions are allowed, each revision is followed by a road test so carefully checking the web site is advised!
You sign off the project 
All moneys must be paid once you have signed off the web site.
Your web site is live on the Internet.
If you chose to update the web site yourself we will send you the software.
Or;
If you chose to allow us to update your web site you are entitled to minor text changes throughout the year and 3 x picture / web site images changes only. This does not include web site redesign.
